Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery. We’ve tried to keep things clear and straightforward, but if you have any questions or would rather talk things through, you’re always welcome to get in touch with us.

A Straightforward Approach to Delivery

We’ve chosen to be open and straightforward about delivery, rather than over-promising and under-delivering (pardon the pun). For most UK mainland orders, delivery is included at no extra cost. Where additional delivery charges apply, they’re shown clearly at checkout and reflect the practical realities of delivering large and bulky furniture.

Large garden furniture isn’t simple to move, and being honest about that helps set the right expectations from the start.

How We Deliver

We use a mix of delivery methods, choosing what makes the most sense for each order rather than forcing everything into one system.

  • Flat packed benches, smaller dining sets, and other smaller items are usually delivered by courier.

This is often the most efficient option for these items and helps reduce unnecessary journeys and handling.

  • Larger pieces, such as bigger dining sets, are usually delivered using our own vans.

This allows us to handle the furniture more carefully and avoids the need for large pallets or freight deliveries that customers then have to deal with themselves. It also reduces the risk of damage that can come with multiple handling points.

Delivery can take a little longer this way, but it allows for a more personal service and gives us greater control over how your furniture arrives. We believe this leads to a better overall experience, especially for larger orders.

Delivery to Remote and Offshore Areas

If you live in one of the postcode areas listed below, delivery will usually be carried out by a courier unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with us in advance.

Using a courier in these locations helps keep delivery efficient and manageable. Where a courier is used, the following delivery charges will be added at checkout:

  • Flat packed benches, delivery charge is £32.00
  • Assembled benches, delivery charge is £168.00
  • Dining sets, delivery charge is £168.00

These charges reflect the actual cost of delivering large and bulky items to remote locations and are not something we profit from. We do our best to hold these prices, however courier rates can change, and delivery charges may be adjusted if courier costs increase. Any applicable delivery charge will always be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Timeframes

While most deliveries take place within around 5 to 10 working days, some locations may take longer, occasionally up to 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery times can vary depending on location, access, and the delivery method used.

Delivery Day

Once your delivery is scheduled:

  • If your order is delivered by courier, a tracking code will be supplied so you can track your delivery online.
  • For in-house deliveries, the driver will contact you on the day, approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

If access to your property or garden isn’t suitable, or delivery can’t be completed safely, your order may need to be left at the front of the property. This is sometimes referred to as a kerbside delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery on the agreed date, a repeat delivery charge may apply.

If you choose to nominate a safe place for delivery, responsibility for the item passes once it has been delivered to that location.

Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery is made to the door or kerbside and may be carried out by either a courier or our own vans, depending on the item ordered.

Packaging removal is not included with this service.

Premium Delivery

  • With this option, delivery costs £69 and gives you priority delivery on selected furniture sets. This option is available on furniture sets only.

This service applies to in-house deliveries only. Assembly or packaging removal is not included with this option.

Weekend Delivery

  • Weekend delivery may be possible in some cases. If this is something you’d like to arrange, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

A Few Important Notes

We’re unable to offer timed deliveries. Delivery windows can be affected by traffic or unforeseen delays.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available to receive the order, a second delivery charge may apply.

If you need to change or postpone your delivery date, please let us know with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Delivery is made to ground level only. Couriers are unable to carry items into gardens, homes, or upper floors.

Please make sure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles to reach your property safely.
