Our Warranty

We want you to feel confident in the quality of your purchase, which is why all of our garden furniture comes with a one-year manufacturing warranty as standard. Every item is built with care and attention from high-quality materials and designed to be enjoyed for years to come with the right care and maintenance.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, we will offer a suitable resolution which may include repair, replacement parts, or a replacement item.

What’s Not Covered

As teak is a natural product designed to live outdoors, some changes over time are completely normal and expected. The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Commercial use (unless agreed in writing before purchase)
  • Insufficient or incorrect product maintenance
  • Inappropriate misuse or abuse
  • Damage from third-party assembly or alterations
  • Fair wear and tear from regular use
  • Failure to follow assembly instructions or use supplied fixings
  • Damage caused by weather conditions outside the UK
  • Acts of vandalism, accidents, neglect, or natural disasters

Our Approach

Important Notes

Please note: All of our furniture comes with a one-year manufacturing warranty. At some point, The Teak Store has to relinquish responsibility for the furniture, as we don’t know how it will be used or stored once it’s in your care. That’s why we put clear and fair policies in place to protect both our customers and our business.

Teak is a natural material that lives outdoors, and although we’re confident in its durability, we can’t be responsible for wear and tear over time — whether it’s been lovingly cared for or simply weathered by the elements.

Note: The 12-month warranty is the maximum period covered. If a replacement is issued, this does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
