Warranty
We want you to feel comfortable buying from us and confident in what you’re getting. That’s why all of our garden furniture comes with a 12 month manufacturing warranty as standard.
Our furniture is designed for outdoor use and made from quality materials, but teak is a natural product and no two pieces will ever behave exactly the same. How furniture is used and cared for will always play a part, and that’s worth keeping in mind.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship that show up within the 12 month period, when the furniture is used in a normal domestic setting.
If something genuinely isn’t right, we’ll take a look and talk it through with you. Depending on the issue, a suitable solution may include a repair, replacement parts, or a replacement item. We look at each case individually and aim to be fair and practical in how we respond.
What’s Not Covered
Because teak is a natural material designed to live outdoors, some changes over time are completely normal. This includes natural ageing, weathering, and general wear from regular use.
The warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by incorrect care, misuse, accidental damage, third party assembly or alterations, or not following the supplied assembly instructions or fixings.
Commercial use isn’t covered unless this has been agreed in writing before purchase. Damage caused by vandalism, neglect, extreme weather events, or circumstances outside normal household use is also excluded.
How We Handle Things
If you ever have a concern, please get in touch. We don’t rely on rigid rules or scripts and we don’t assume the worst. We’ll listen, review the situation, and do our best to reach a sensible outcome.
We don’t claim to be perfect, but we do try to be reasonable, approachable, and helpful.
A Few Final Notes
The 12 month manufacturing warranty is the maximum period of cover. If a repair or replacement is provided, this does not reset or extend the original warranty period.
Once furniture has been delivered and is in use, there are limits to what we can reasonably take responsibility for, as we can’t control how it’s used or cared for over time. Clear warranty terms help avoid confusion and protect everyone involved.
