Sometimes the item you’re looking for is on its way rather than sitting in our warehouse. If that’s the case, our pre-order option lets you secure it in advance, so you don’t miss out when the next delivery arrives.

How Pre-Orders Work

If a product is available to pre-order, you’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe on the product page. Once you place your order, the item is set aside for you and will be dispatched as soon as it arrives with us.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. This simply secures your item from our incoming stock and ensures it’s reserved just for you.

Estimated Delivery Dates

We always do our best to give accurate delivery estimates and keep them up to date. Very occasionally, delays can happen due to shipping or customs, but if anything changes, we’ll keep you informed and updated along the way.

Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes, of course. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it’s dispatched. Just get in touch and we’ll take care of it for you.
