Please find below all of our delivery information, if you have any questions or would like to speak to a member of our friendly team then please do not hesitate in contacting us.

We charge £19.00 for all orders under £99, for orders over £99 delivery is free. *This does not qualify if you have a Highland or Island postcode. 

We aim to deliver your items on the agreed date, deliveries will be made on a weekday (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 8 am-6 pm. We mainly deliver with our own delivery van we also use a courier service that provides a one-man delivery team which is to kerbside only meaning they cannot bring your items into your home.

Premium Delivery

We charge £59.00 for our premium delivery. With this service you get your items sooner location depending.

For Highlands and Islands, we charge £129.00 for delivery.

If your postcode applies then delivery will show as £129.00, deliveries can take longer for these areas please contact before ordering for estimated lead times.

Weekend Delivery

If you would like delivery on a weekend please contact before placing a order.

Restrictions and Delivery Terms

  • We are unable to provide a timed delivery service.
  • A second delivery fee will be charged if nobody is home to receive delivery on the scheduled delivery date.
  • There could be a second delivery fee if the courier is unable to complete the delivery.
  • If you need to postpone your delivery, you must do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • We charge our delivery fees for cancelled or unplanned purchases while they are in transit.
  • Only ground level locations are accepted for delivery; residences or gardens are off limits to couriers.
  • No telephone calls can be made by couriers before they deliver your goods.
  • To ensure that your delivery can be made, kindly make sure the couriers have appropriate access.
  • There could be a second delivery fee if the courier is unable to complete the delivery.
