Delivery & Returns

We’re pleased to offer FREE Standard Delivery to most locations across the UK mainland (excluding some areas of Scotland). Your order will usually be delivered directly to your billing address within 7–10 working days. During busier periods, this timeframe may increase slightly, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Deliveries are made to your door or kerbside, depending on access.

Benches requiring home DIY assembly will be delivered via one of our trusted courier partners.
Garden furniture sets will be delivered either by our in-house team or by pallet delivery, depending on your location and the size of your order.

If you live in a remote area, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm that we can deliver to your address.

Please note: our standard delivery service does not include packaging removal or professional assembly.

We offer a 14-day returns policy. If you need to return your order for any reason, it must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
